My father uses a wheelchair and we recently tried the Purple Line. Happy to report that most stations have ramps and lifts. However, some lifts were not working at Trinity and Cubbon Park. Staff was helpful though.

Pro tip: Use the connecting walkway at Kempegowda

For those who frequently interchange between Purple and Green lines at Majestic, use the underground walkway near platform 2. It is much faster than going through the main concourse, especially during peak hours.
